"Root" Sculpture of Cast Copper

In his childhood, Dr. Sun Yat-sen often heard the stories about Hong Xiuquan told by the old men of the village who took part in uprising of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom under the large banyan in front the gate of his home. Later, Dr. Sun Yat-sen recalled that his revolutionary thoughts rooted in here first. Now a "Root" sculpture of cast copper stands here in commemoration thereof.
