Dear Sir，
As a fellow comrade and an active member of our Young China League here I wish to offer you my sincere congratulation upon your great success.I must thank you for what you have done， and what you are doing now for our country.As a Christian， daily I pray for you and the success of our Revolutionary Army.Thank God， that he has answered our prayers.
No doubt you will be very busy by the time this letter reaches you， but I hope you will pardon me for telling you a few matters relating to our people here.Our Young China League in Melbourne has been collecting money very successfully towards helping your movement， and we have also sent a Representative—Mr.Wong Shee Ping—to help your comrades at Shanghai.He is a very earnest man and a strong Republican at heart.Please find him out， and he will tell you exactly how the various matters stand in Australia.If you think I can serve our country in any way at all I will only be too happy to do so.To save me from repeating what I wrote to your able colleague—the Hon.Wu Ting Fong I am enclosing copies of the letter I sent him and also copies of other documents which I thought would be interesting and helpful to your government.Without further troubling you at present I must again thank you for what you have done for China.We are greatly disappointed you cannot visit Australia and see your fellow countrymen here， but it cannot be helped now， nevertheless we are daily rejoicing with you when we read the cable news here about the defeat of the Manchu Government.May God guide and bless you and your fellow ministers， and before very long our nation will be a great power for good.

尊敬的先生：
作为此地同盟会活跃分子中的一员，我谨向您所取得的伟大成就表示衷心的祝贺。我必须感谢您过去所做的一切，感谢您正在为我们国家所做的一切。作为一名基督徒，我每天为您及我们革命军队的胜利而祈祷。感谢上帝，他回应了我们的祈祷。
毫无疑问收到信时您很忙碌。但我希望您能原谅我告诉您若干有关我们这儿的人事。同盟会墨尔本分会一直帮助您的革命活动非常成功地筹款。我们已派出黄树平代表去帮助您在上海的同志。他是一个非常热心的人，坚定而忠心的共和主义者。请找到他，他会直接告诉您在澳大利亚发生的各种事。如果您觉得我能以何种方式为国家效力，我会极乐意为之。请允许我跟您报告，我给您能干的同事伍廷芳先生写了信，随信寄去的还有我认为可能有意义且对您的政府有用的材料。现今不多打扰您，我必须再次感谢您为中国所做的一切。我们对您不能来澳大利亚访问并看望您在这里的同志很感失望。但这不要紧，当我们读到清王朝被推翻的电讯时我们也正日日分享您的快乐。愿神引导并降福于您及您的内阁总长们。不久我们的国家将成为一个永远强大的国家。
