Dear Sir：
I take the liberty to send this my letter just to explain what I have dreamed the night of Jan. 3/12:
A little girl call at my office and give to me a order to make a sketch for Chinese flag then start to direct the manner she like have the flag of which is the same as per enclosed sketch and then tell me that.The Sun mean the orient， the Flame mean the liberty， The ray mean the states of the empire of the China， and the red of the flag mean the blood of the Chinese People spill for the liberty， now look this and see if it is an interesting dream， pardon me that I have disturbed you.
