Dear Dr.Sun,
In case this letter cannot reach you I write it in English.
I am glad with all other Chinese that you have been elected as the first president.Surely you are the right man.
As soon as the revolution broke out, I returned from England for the purpose of giving a helping hand, but I have been in Canton for the last three weeks, I am still not wanted in the government.I shall be ashamed of myself, if I have no share in the revolution.
When I was in Japan as you know I was under military training, I am still in use.For the last seven years I have studied international law, constitutional law, political economy and theology in England. Can I do something for the central government? Please let me know.
With Best wishes.
Yours sincerely,
Lo Shu Kai
