Mr.President：
As we are closely related， we， brother and sister， are taking the pleasure to congratulate you for your excellent work and the honor of being the first in the president's chair of the new and reformed China， in other words， “The Great Republic of China”.
We also have the honor to be praised inconnection with your good work， although we are not up to the standard， however， we are at your disposal whenever we are requested and should any fair or good opportunity arises， we shall depend upon you to make us the offer.
Again， we congratulate you heartily for your greatest work toward reforming and wishing you luck and success， we beg to have the honor to be your beloved cousin.
