To His Excellency Dr.Sun,China.

Sir,

I wish to be the first to congratulate you on your great & legitimate success of being a President in China.

I humbly beg to bring this my humble application before your favorable consideration & hoping to excuse me for embarrassing on your valuable time.

Being understand that China is now changed into a Republic, & I am aware that there may many vacancies required in your present government.

I beg most humbly to tender my service for one of them.The varied experiences of office routine work when I have gained during my long service of years in the Chinese & English firm & in the F.M.S Government; I humbly beg to be sufficient guarantee of my ability to do the work which I may be entrust wait & to discharge my duties to complete for your satisfaction.

With sincere hope from your honor a favarable reply.

众所周知,如今中国变成一个共和国,我想,可能目前您的政府中有许多职位空缺。

我最谦卑地请求能就任其中一个职位。我在中英公司和马来亚政府的长期服务中,获得了办公室日常工作的各种不同经验,我谦卑地等候委任我做力所能及的工作,并履行我的职责来令您满意。
