We， the Bow Leong Sha Brothers， immediately upon hearing that you was duly elected as First President of the new Chinese Republic.We were all joining hands to congratulate your inauguration by way of sending cable to you， and then we were in jubilee-over it.After almost 16 years of deepest arduous labors and we have finally arriving with success， as the brothers have always appraised of all your precious plans and having recommended and together sending letters to many principal cities throughout United States， so as to received you with most enthusiastic ways which are all have come of patriotic and true.
Hoping we will hear from you， and this will find you all success.
