Our compliment and best wishes and all success for the New Year for you and trust that your noble endeavours will soon be rewarded by your Republican Government being in full swing in China & thus be the means of making once more in history the name of yourself as the maker of an Empire for the benefit of mankind and your fellow country men in particular， be handed down from generation/generation making one of the most and interesting of histories that has come before mankind for， many，many， millions of all nations to read and learn by.
