Having studied on various universities， having travelled all over the globe & being a political economist(having been engaged in International Commercial questions)， I offer my services for that of your Excellency's Departments， which deals with International trade & Commerce， or as a Representative in the same capacity in Europe.I have connections in most European countries， having lived in most of them and I can give your Excellency first class references as to my capabilities and being a born Organizer I would with the greatest pleasure and confidence undertaken any task which your Excellency may entrust to me.
