To the President，Republic of China.
Dear Dr.Sun：
Permit me to congratulate you on the great progress made towards peace and unity and the firm establishment of the Republic of China.I believe the great Ruler of nations is watching over China and will guide and protect this righteous cause， and bring liberty and freedom to the millions of this great nation.I am glad of your strong stand for a free capital of the new China， and may God guide and help you.
