My Dear Dr.，

I am going to Amoy for a short visit， and then perhaps to Nanyang with Mr.Tang.

I have arranged with Dr.Chen Su Pong to start the Public Health Bureau as soon as we can decide where to begin Nanking or Peking.I hope we can start in Nanking.

I am studing detail for the University of Nanking.I hope you will give this your support and approval.

With my best thanks for your hospitality.
