As promised I send the two translations I promised.Kindly make the use of them you proposed.Now that the delegates are coming from Peking to Dr.Sun & to the Assemly kindly use your influence with Dr.Sun to ask them to ask for my service from the corporations for a year on loan as the whole official paid advicer at Peking till Nanking is made the capital.I fell sure I could in the year convince the government that I would work in the interest of China to their great satisfaction and that in less than 20 years the Railways would all be the property unencumbered of China.I hope the President Dr.Sun will help me.
