Dr.Sun Yat Sen,President,Republic of China,NANKING.
Dear Dr.Sun:
I beg to acknowledge with thanks the receipt of your general Chinese letter dated March 21st.This purports to be a letter to the people of all nations, which I am filing.
If you could be good enough to send me back the letter which you kindly addressed me before and which I returned so that the National Assembly might have a look at it, I shall be exceedingly obliged.If, however, the National Assembly will not allow you to send it, then we can consider the matter at an end.
