My dear Dr.Sun，
I had an dream to talk with you about the following important matters yesterday owing to you hurried departure for Canton， & I hope you will seriously consider about I now write：
1.The restoration of peace & good order in Kwang Tung province.
a.To conciliate the difficult leaders of the soldiers (军民）of the Revolution.
b.To hold a military commission of bring for the investigation of the services of all officers and soldiers of the Revolution.
c.To pension or reward all discovering officers and soldiers of the Revolution.
d.To re-intend all able-bodied officer and soldiers who are willing to serve under the colours of the standard provincial army.
e.To purchase all its rifles， & of disbanded soldiers at reasonable price.
f.To find suitable employment for disbanded soldiery.
2.The Hing Chung (兴中）and Tung Mang (同盟）Societies.
a.To amalgamate the two societies.
b.A proper register of members take kept.
c.To elect a General Recognizing and Investigating Committee.
d.To mark careful inquiries about the character and antecedents of each member.
e.All undesirable members take expelled by the ballot (black and white balls)， and their expiration take publicly announced.
f.All new member take admited by ballot (black & white balls).
Besides the Ocean Steamer Ship Company (大海轮船公司)， please also help us to get the Canton-Macao Railway Commission， we started “working” for this Commission in 1906.The promotors are Tse Si Ping， Tong Yew Chou， Chang Pat Sy and myself.
The enclosed Dairy of the negotiations will interest and enlighten you.
This railway will greatly benefit Heungshan and the adjoining districts， and can provide employment for the disbanded soldiery of Kwang Tung.

因您匆匆赶去广州，我没机会就以下重要问题与您交谈。我希望您能郑重考虑以下内容：
1．恢复广东省的和平与秩序。
a．安抚难相处的民军军官。
b．成立军事委员会、调查革命军官和士兵的情况。
c．补贴酬劳所有独树一帜的革命军官和士兵。
d．重新招募所有愿意在正规地方部队旗帜下服役的体格健全的官兵。
e．以合理的价格收买所有遣散士兵的枪支。
f.为遣散的士兵安排适当的工作。
2.兴中会和同盟会。
a.合并两会。
b.登记两会会员名单。
c．选举一个普遍公认的调查委员会。
d.对每个会员的品格、背景履历进行慎重的调查。
e.以无记名投票方式（黑白球）开除所有不良分子，并限期进行公告。
f.以无记名投票方式（黑白球）批准新成员入会。
除了大海轮船公司，也请帮助我们取得广澳铁路特许权。我们于1906年就开始争取这一特许权。发起人是谢诗屏、唐耀初、张弼士和我。
这里附寄的谈判日记会令您感兴趣并有所启发。
这条铁路大大造福香山及所经之地，并能给广东被遣散的军队提供就业。
