Sir：
The undersigned， Ignace Kruzynski， being an admirer of real patriotic man， wishes to congratulate you on your election to the presidency.
Being in sympathy with your ideals I have the honor to submit for your consideration my service as an instructor of foreign languages in any of the government military academies.I am 35 years old and graduate of Nomal School of Plock of Russia.Subsequently， I studied Philosophy for three years in St.Cyrill's Seminary in Detroit， Mich.，and graduated in Theology at St.Bonarensures Seminary of Allegheny， N.Y.， where I have taken a complete three years course.Then I was offered a position of an instructor of languages and history by Very Rrv.W.Buchaczkowski， President of St.Mary's College & Seminary of Orchard Lake， Mich.，which position owing to my poor health at that time I was compelled to give up and go to Europe for recuperation.I have travelled a great deal， and speak fluently German， Russian， Italian and naturally English.I speak few other languages including Spanish and French thourgh not as fluently as those mentioned above.At present， having resigned the pastorship of Wagner congregation in South Dakota， I am a member of Advisory Committee of Polish Colonisation Association.
I had a very good offer from Russian government to enter the Service of Commerce & Labor， and to help to propagate the modern ways of American intensive farming in which I have a considerable experience， and also supervise the erection of grain elevators， in which I was formerly employed before I have entered the ministry.
So， if I could be of my use to your government， I would be only glad to got to China.I am not an adventurer.I like to go there because I am deeply interested in the customs， language， literature and history of Chinese people.
If would give the opportunity to study these things right on the ground.Hoping to be favoured with an early reply.
