The Suns' graveyard on Tanjia Hill is located in the southeast of the Litoujian Mountain 1.5 kilometers northeast of Cuiheng Village and on the south-facing slope of the Tanjia Mountain near Yakou Village. In the summer and autumn of 1931, Sun Ke and Sun Man relocated the ancestral tombs of the Suns from Prime Minister Hometown Memorial Secondary School (today’s Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School) here to create the Suns' graveyard on Tanjia Hill. Afterwards, Sun Yat-sen’s eldest daughter Sun Yan, Sun Mei’s adopted son Sun Wei, Sun Yat-sen’s elder sister Sun Miaoqian, and other deceased members of the Suns were buried here successively. The graveyard has five rows, where some ancestors and relatives of the lineages of Sun Jingxian, Sun Zunxian, Sun Xuxian, Sun Guoxian and Sun Yexian are buried. Sun Ruiying of Generation 11, Sun Lianchang of Generation 12 and Sun Xiangqian of Generation 13 are linear ancestors of Sun Yat-sen, and Sun Xuecheng is his second uncle. The arrangement of the graveyard is of great reference value for understanding the pedigree of the Suns. All tombs are intact. Since the early 1980s, the Suns’ graveyard has been managed by us. In 2004, Suns' graveyard on Tanjia Hill was listed as an immovable cultural relic of Zhongshan City.
