December 20, 1910

Paper, one page. Dr. Sun Yat-sen strove for the revolution outside, and rarely returned home. He contacted his family by letter mainly. In the letter, Dr. Sun Yat-sen, who had just arrived in Egypt, told his two daughters about his whereabouts, etc. Dr. Sun Yat-sen took this piece out of Nanjing when resigning from the office of Provisional President, and handed it to his eldest brother Sun Mei in Macao for keeping. It was later kept by Sun Mei's grandson Sun Man, and donated to us in December 1982.

Identified as a first grade national cultural relic by an expert team of the National Cultural Heritage Administration in April 1994
