At March 12, 1925, 9:30, Dr. Sun Yat-sen passed away at the age of 59 at Tieshizi Alley in Beijing. On April 2, Dr. Sun Yat-sen's coffin was moved to the Vajrasana Pagoda of the Biyun Temple in the Fragrant Hill for temporary storage.
