Paper, one page, mounted on a lining. In September 1911, Chen Yaoyuan (left) and Lei Huiquan (right) took a photo in Sandok County, America when raising funds in Weiyuan. Donated by Chen Guoxun and Chen Jiexin in 2014.

Chen Yaoyuan (1883-1949) was from Xiangshan (today's Zhongshan), Guangdong, overseas Chinese traveling to the U.S. He followed Dr. Sun Yat-sen in his youth, and was dedicated to fund-raising and overseas Chinese affairs. He once served as Director-general of the San Francisco General Branch of the Chinese Nationalist Party, Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the Central Executive Committee of the Chinese Nationalist Party, Deputy Chairman of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the Nationalist Government, etc..
