Paper, one page. Deed by which Yao Qiongju in Xiaoyin Village, Zhongshan bought a graveyard land from Ruan Li'an on October 19, 1916. Such graveyard land transactions were usually conducted in the form of “graveyard land giving”, in which the buyer would pay the price in the name of “pickaxe money”.
